At Wood End, we value our relationships with parents and aim to work together to resolve any issues quickly.
If you have any concerns, we ask that you initially speak to your child's teacher.
If you do not feel the issue is resolved after speaking to the class teacher, you can escalate your concerns to Mrs Smith or Mrs Cross who investigate further and aim to find a resolution.
If you remain dissatisfied, the complaints policy can be found in the Statutory Information tab of the school's website.
