Welcome to The Hub - Our Wraparound Provision
The club is run by staff from school who all know the children very well. The cost of a session includes a snack and the children can complete a range of activities both indoors and outside.

Payment Policy
-Payment for the club(s) must be made in advance. If payment has not been made then your child will not be admitted to the club(s)
-No refunds or credits will be given for days your child is off sick or absent due to holidays.
-No refunds or credits will be given for sessions booked but not used.
-If you are late to collect your child at the end of the session, an additional charge of £5 past the time due for collection will be in place.
-The Late Collection charged is to be paid within 1 week, failure to meet this will result in losing your child’s place in our Wraparound Care.
-Late bookings will be accepted subject to the availability of space and receipt of payment. For all late bookings, there will be a £3 Late booking fee

Bookings
Bookings can be made by completing the online ‘Booking Form’ and agreeing to the ‘Contract Agreement’, available from Reception. Confirmation of a place must occur before a child joins the club.
- Advanced bookings are to be made weekly.
- Short notice bookings may be available on request.
- There will be a £3 late booking fee for any late booking.
- Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.
