Enterprise week
This week each class in school has taken part in Enterprise Week. With a focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), the children were encouraged to apply their knowledge and skills to create a product or game for the Christmas Fair. Each class was given a budget of £20 to fund their project. The challenge was clear: to generate the highest profit at the Christmas Fair. The competition not only aimed to encourage the students' entrepreneurial spirit but also foster teamwork and critical thinking. Today saw the culmination of all the hard work when the stalls opened and children visited other classes to play their games and buy their products. This week has given the children in school an insight into business, problem solving and the importance of teamwork in the real world.
