T-shirt Competition

The children of Wood End Primary School have once again demonstrated their creativity and generosity in a recent T-shirt design competition. Last month, Hannah set our school a challenge to design a unique T-shirt which reflects what happiness means to you, with the aim of raising money for a school being built in Africa.

The winning design will be made into a T-shirt that Hannah, a prior pupil from Dordon School, will wear when she helps to build the school in Africa. In addition to the T-shirt competition, Wood End Primary also donated exercise books to support the start-up of the new school.

Hannah, who had the difficult task of choosing the winning design, expressed her admiration for the students' creativity, stating, "It was incredibly difficult to choose."

The winner of the T-shirt competition is …Lacey. Her design made Hannah smile and will look amazing as a full-size t-shirt in Africa.

The competition was a huge success, with the children at Wood End Primary showcasing their amazing ideas and artistic talents. I am proud of everyone who participated and look forward to making a positive impact on the school in Africa.
